So if you listen to any outsider who wants something to happen to Argyle this weekend that is bad then this is the biggest crunch game since the War of the Worlds. Ipswich fans think that we absolutely hate each other. Is it just me who thinks that this is a local Derby but the fate of those up the road is not really on my wish list and I look on this as a game for 3 points with a small bit of fruitiness chucked in. I don't hate Exeter and frankly never have. There has been little to get all upset over in the years before now and a lot of the time we have not spent time in the same league to hate each other. Any trouble at the games is down mostly to mindless moronic youth who know no better anyway having supped an eggcup of ale and sniffed a barmaids apron.

The only question is can we win this one and the obvious answer is of course we can but we will have to be on our game again as Exeter are not a bunch of mugs to roll over. We have had some good news player wise as well and fingers crossed we will be almost back to full strength soon. We can do it.............(can't we?)

I lived in Exeter and surrounds for... somewhere between 5 and 10 years I think. It's a nice place. I should say in my defence that the only times I've been to St James Park is to watch Argyle and I commuted down to Home Park several times a season while living there.

We want to win this game very much because we want automatic promotion and we'd like to beat Exeter. However, our arch rivals are Portsmouth aren't they?

I have to say I don't dislike any football team. However the attitude of some supporters is another matter and I can't say the same about them. The word though is dislike rather than hate.

Well unfortunately that would apply to some of ours, wouldn’t it?

Yep there are one or two I could give a miss to. I was being a bit more general though in most of some teams supporters rather than individual. Some of them really are up themselves (a phrase my missus hates).

Going to son's to watch this one tomorrow. Only trouble is the timing makes it a long afternoon watching for other results after. I bet BC goes back to bed after he does his 4am stint.

Just found this on Argyle Free Chat...

An Exeter fan and a Argyle fan get into a car accident. Both cars (with football stickers on windows) are totally demolished, but amazingly neither of them is hurt. After they crawl out of their cars, the Argyle fan says,
"So you're a Exeter fan, that's interesting. I'm a Argyle fan. Just look at our cars. There's nothing left, but fortunately we are unhurt. This must be a sign from God that we should meet and be friends and live together in peace the rest of our days."
The Exeter fan replied, "I agree with you completely; this must be a sign from God!"
The Argyle fan continued, "And look at this - here's another miracle. My car is completely demolished but this bottle of whisky didn't break. Surely God wants us to drink this and celebrate our good fortune and new found friendship”
He hands the bottle to the Exeter fan. The Exeter fan nods his head in agreement, opens it and takes a few big swigs from the bottle, then hands it back to the Argyle fan. The Argyle fan takes the bottle, immediately puts the cap back on and hands it back to the Exeter fan.
The Exeter fan asks, "Aren't you having any?"
The Argyle fan replies, "No. I think I will just wait for the police..."

    Hi Spanish.

Don't normally watch myself.....but it is on Argyle TV....go onto the PAFC website and you might be able to buy it by signing in....remember 12 noon kick-off.

Plym fails to mention you’ll have to register and pay your £10 as well as have a device to stream it on!

You and your £10 will be very welcome of course!

Be aware that the pictures will be the same ones used for the highlights shown on terrestrial TV. If the game had been at Home Park, it would be Argyle’s video which is better. We have 4 cameras for a start.

I assumed Spanish would have realized that nothing is for free.

I've weakened and will be watching this on the TV.....you will be allowed to blame me now if we lose.....my recent track record of visually seeing games in person and on TV is not great....I apologise in advance.

If we get 3pts before the 3pm kick off time....that will put pressure on the other promotion chasers.

BUT.....if we don't that will be an incentive for them to go for a win.

I hope you enjoy it. Clearly a win is the main thing but if Ennis and Randell get some game time as well I’ll be “made up” as I believe they say in the north.

Ennis as a 10 or alongside Cosgrove?

No Mumba but hopefully two solid wing backs.

There has been a signalling fault between Plymouth and Newton Abbot BTW so trains are either running late or not at all.

If only the south west could get some of those Levelling Up billions being used to buy votes in the north. Sorry, I mean to fund essential infrastructure projects of course. My mistake.
