Super, Super Leeds
Or they are in Bates' words, whatever that's supposed to mean.

Ken Bates in the YEP said:
Well you have got to commend it, but you also have got to do soul-searching on why we have lost the games we’ve lost and why have we drawn the games we’ve drawn.

And, without being too critical, the fact of the matter is we have lost games rather than be beaten.

We have given away the points rather than them being earned by the opposition and that’s something that we’ve had too much of and it’s got to stop.

There are discussions going on this week, heart-searching in the backroom to decide what we can do to improve the situation because we should be higher than we are.

Hope this either triggers:

1. A release of funds to get a new defender/midfielder so we can shore up our backline. Or;
2. The termination of Snodin and Miller. TERMINATE THEM KEN.

Maybe even a new fitness regime would help. I just think the players have a tendency to look passionless and tired the game after an energetic, pressing performance and that's not the trait of a promotion-standard team. That said, we have been nicking late goals and do look like a squad with good togetherness, and both of those are promising signs.

The initial plan was to sack young Larry and replace him with a chap called Clive. He managed to persuade me Larry's approach was all wrong and his decision making was costing us matches. Having spent some time with him now however, it turns out he was a complete cock.

So Larry stays for now. Watch this space for updates.

Ken

What do you think of martin o'neill for next boss?

If you pull that off we should make a statue of you when we go up.

Ont you think his wages would be worth it?

Think of it as 1 player in.

Thing of all cheap loan players you would get with him in charge.

Save £££

They will all want to come here with him here.

Don't you think?

Are you not 80 not 79 by the way or did you forget?

Still 79.

Mr O'Neill is rather expensive as well as being a bit of a poisoned chalice round these parts. Young Larry does wonders for 8 bob a week, and I get a go on his (ex)Mrs once in a while these days.

Mr O'Neill made some withering statements about you once upon a time, didn't he Kendo?

I think he did, although I'm never quite sure exactly what the man's saying, especially with that dreadful Ulster accent of his. I still doubt the quality of his vocabulary as well. I'm convinced he thinks "cretin" means lovely cuddly benevolent old man.

That sounds rather sinister.
