Just found this, it says he's back in light training already and is only 2weeks away, don't know how reliable, but there you go.

Yeah I think I read somewhere else he was back in some form of training. Hopefully he'll get his head down and win his place back when fit and make the negative story disappear with some good performances.
Over on the Swansea board there's a couple of suggestions as to what the offence was:
i.) Something involving a wannabe WAG whose trying to tick off every member of the Swansea squad this season
ii.) It's a public order offence - he probably piddled in a bus shelter in full view of a CCTV camera

Putting the two together might suggest that he piddled on a wannabe WAG at a bus shelter.
At least that would be different.
