Purely from that list, I'd like Bielsa to come back to the Prem, at least he made it entertaining.

Dunno about Leicester but Newcastle fans have had a weird grudge against Everton for a while. They call them the Scouse Mackems. They want to be bigger than Everton for some reason. A while to go yet...
