I support junior doctors as I did with nurses and paramedics. Without junior doctors, the NHS just wouldn't function at weekends, let alone any other day of the week. Weekend more so, because when consultants and others have the weekend off.
My experience of junior doctors they are more open minded thinking, young and keen, more likely to have the time to engage with patients. But Tories won't be in at the next election, so it's just counting down the days really.
I don't believe Labour will fix it, nor do I believe they know how to. I do believe we could fix it, but that means not wasting money elsewhere from the treasury on incompetence, failed projects and contracts.
The lower rate of tax needs to go up to 25% and the cap needs to be removed on NICs for higher earners and that's just for starters. The offering of tax cuts should also be made illegal for political gain. Ie 'lower taxes' or similar comments should not be used in promotional material.
If you remove a tax, something has to suffer or the tax is collected by other means, so it's a totally pointless objective.

Ill admit starmer is enough to put you off, nothing he says inspires me that hes any different to the blue pigs at the trough currently.
