I see Necastle, or at least the owner, has decided to drop the St James Park and rename it after his sports company, to raise money from marketing.

I know most fans will still recognise it as St James Park, but my questions are these.

Would you like our stadium to be renamed?
If so what to?
If you could rename any stadium, what would you rename it?

I suppose the DeliaDome would be up for consideration if we had to rename our ground, providing CS hasn't copyrighted the name already.

Apparently they got £10mil for the name change, for Newcastle that is peanuts and the fans must be pissed off?... Mike Ashley gets a lot of flack but he has sunk lots of money into them... The AVIVA stadium wouldn t be so bad as they have Norwich union roots the Cathedral on the logo ,same colour and Carrow rd will always be called carrow rd outside.....

It should be pointed out that Ashley said they needed more money to run the club and the other alternative was to put ticket prices up. Whichever way, its the supporters who pay the price for the spiralling cost of football.
