Don’t forget my goody bag from Primark, various freebies from TK Maxx and lattes from Maccie Ds.
Was well worth getting COVID for while most ****s stayed at home playing their Xbox and doing the odd Joe Wicks workout

Amazing how the numerous reports on tv and sound bites from various MPs and politicians concerning the killing of Chris Kabba, still no one wants to mention his previous conviction for carrying a firearm and the fact that he suspected of carrying out a further shooting a few days earlier. Weird that

The shooting of an unarmed man requires investigation (any shooting by the police does) but the background should be made very explicit. I’ve always assumed that they had good reason to be armed in the first place, and good reason to believe they were at risk. No excuse, but these things have to be seen in the round. Why do you think the full story isn’t being told?

Had they knelt on his neck for half an hour while he told them he couldn’t breathe I’d be less inclined to balance.

I must have missed the referendum on this. What about our sovereignty? Still, it's projected to boost the UK economy by 0.08% over 10 years, thereby restoring one fiftieth of the contraction caused by Brexit. As somebody said, we've stormed out of the Ritz and stumbled into a Wetherspoons.

Morning campers just a passing visit. I hope all is well. Been busy last few weeks and will be until August so no time for social media :( A well deserved day off. I see people are still talking utter rubbish in the echo chamber? Usual suspects talking down our country at every opportunity. I love the the Ritz/Wetherspoons analogy… A bit stupid really because the Ritz has a turn over of £14m whereas Wetherspoons is £1.7b if we are talking business I know where I would invest… some slow outdated organisation for the elite or a modern brand that caters for everyone.

can’t believe what’s happened to the Rangers let’s hope we start getting a few results.
Right have a great weekend and Come on You Rs!

Hard to pop out for a cheap pint in Kuala Lumpur on your lunch break though.

Makes no difference. Who stumbles out of the Ritz? Over priced Old elitist establishment. The comment came across as patronising.
what is there not to like about the new Trade deal? 99% free trade no political courts and ridiculous rules. No stupid paperwork using the wrong colour ink. Fastest growing trade block in the World whereas the EU isn’t. This is a good deal for future trade ( especially services).

It’s a big win. 0.08% growth over ten years. 49 more of these and we’re laughing.

It's a great trade deal, with no political ties etc.
It's what the Common Market was supposed to be before the politics set in.

It’s all about planning for the Future. Our trade with the EU has been dying for years. This is the future. The 0.08% is just the start. It’s something we should be happy about about. You moaned about crap deals in the past , this is a good one. Get on with it. TF will be able to sell you a cheap house in Malaysia.

Commenting on the UK joining the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), TUC General Secretary Paul Nowak said:

“Time and time again, ministers have turned a blind eye to egregious rights abuses in the pursuit of trade deals. This Pacific trade pact is just the latest example.

“Workplace exploitation is widespread in the countries involved in this agreement – from Vietnam and Brunei where independent unions are banned, to Malaysia where migrant workers are subject to forced labour.

“This deal also allows multinational corporations to sue the UK government in secret courts for introducing policies which threaten their profits – this could include an increase in the minimum wage or bringing energy companies back into public ownership.

Exactly mate. No political rubbish. They just said both China and the US want to join. It’s a good deal for future trade. We can send stuff without 179 pages of paperwork and no worries about ink colour on forms.

I’m not moaning about this one. It might even pay for the free school meals they’ve just taken away from the neediest kids in the country again on the sly.

Yes agree some of these countries need to sort out that side of things but every country/ trading block turns a blind eye when it suits them including your beloved EU.
