I kept trying to sign in with my real name because the site doesn't ask user name, went through umpteen passwords to get in then tried my user name and had to start with all the passwords again

Wasn't so much the password I got that right, where the **** up was came from me using lower case instead of upper for the first letter when I signed up by accident
