Before we get into this week news of a special award. Last week, Rooch brought to attention that he didn't see where his 9 points came from. It's a mystery to me how I put different scores into matches 8-12 for him, and an even bigger mystery why my check system also had those wrong scores. So, his total was actually 5, not 9.
His query was on a week where his 9 helped his pressure on top spot , and so I declare him the first holder of the Paulo di Canio I caught the ball fair play award.
It's been a successful week, especially as there's no guest fixture successes -- very well done Bart, Cumbrian and Vince who share this weeks accolades, and also to the plethora who weren't far behind.
This was the lowest expectation for our own result so far this season with only 7 (Bart,Cumbrian, Vince. Charlie.Gil, Gordon and Ned) going for a win at Norwich. Still, don't think the rest of us are bothered about not picking up a point for that one.
