Looking for ideas but to start off it could be a cross of goggle box and MoD.
Sitting at home but having the atmosphere of the match.
Live comments.
"You're not fit to referee"
"Penalty"
"By she's got big t**s"
What else could enhance the viewing experience?

Let a supporter from every club discuss and commentate on their club games.

Change the supporters every week so we all sit in hope of being randomly drawn out to present on MOTD. (When 'we' get back to the promised land)

Suppose with editing the language could be controlled and have the comments made live through the game for spontaneous reactions.
