But you’re still wrong though. Pick players on form and not reputation. Don’t manage like Southgate. Wilson has 1 goal since 21/12/22. 1 goal in about 12 games. This is the here and now. It’s not even as if he’s been playing well but has been unlucky. He’s been missing most games to the extent he bumped into Chippy during one game.
Yeah, the full picture. I’m not saying he’s a bad player. He’s simply off form. Give him a break and I would expect he’ll come back scoring. He doesn’t look fit.
