Is a late run for the second auto spot totally out of the question?

Without wishing to burst bubbles, I think we would need at least 9 wins from our final 11 (including beating Sheffield) and even then it would be in the balance as they would only need 19 points from 11 games (excluding our match). That ought to be doable for them even in their current form.

Wouldn't be at all surprised to see Sheffield caught, just not by us. Blackburn and Boro are the current form teams. OTOH current firm suggests that we will make the play offs. Almost certainly two of those three will be in that mix.

Do recent performances suggest that maybe it wasn't the recruitment department were the problem lies / lied ?

How many assists has Hernandez got since Wagner joined?

The South Americans are trying to outdo each other for goal of the season!

First goal was a bit of a balls up, Hanley did a reasonably good defensive header, but both players shouldn't have been going for the ball at the same time. He certainly earned his wage with that clearance off the line though!

But that defensive header interf ered with Gibson's attempt to clear, and it was Gibson's space meaning Hanley was out of position. Hanley redeemed himself with that goal line clearance.

A certain admirer of Dean Smith posted after the disappointing draw at Wigan "It's the players who have been the real problem all season." I assume he now believes that the same players are no longer the problem. !? And I can't remember the same poster ever suggesting it was the players' fault during Farke's tenure. Odd, don't you think ?
