Varane Martinez and Casemiro are also very good..... Fred could have been off imo for a second yellow on longstaff which actually injured him I believe. He got given a favour..
There's a sad makem reading our board. Hi Sunderland fans you can out from under your quilts for a while. We're an oil club though
The goal they scored was also offside if you play for Newcastle.. The second goal though was the killer.. lazy defending should've cleaned them out .
I think Casimero was onside to be fair. Somebody else was off, but not interfering with play as such.
**** them mackem ****s for all you ****s too afraid to come on and post. Just know it's only a matter of time. Money always wins in the end
In fairness we all knew the line was going to be green for casimeros goal. We have ridden our luck up to now so no complaints from me.
I don't mean yesterday (or any specific incident), but one thing I always wonder with VAR as a general rule is whether they use the right image for offsides in the first place. Everyone instantly looks at rhe lines and assesses whose toe or finger is furthest forward. But dies anyone double check they took the image at the right time of the ball being played? Sometimes these are tiny, tiny margins and players are all moving, so timing is critical. But knowing how incompetent some of these VAR guys are, half of the images people have been arguing about (for lots of team) could have be wrong in the first place.
Well I didn't think it was a free kick in the 1st place. I'm annoyed because at that point if anyone was going to win it was the toon. That said Newcastle conceded the two goals in 6 minutes and didn't score the goal needed to get back in the game.
