It amounts to the same thing doesn't it. The reason we would be letting players leave is because they aren't the quality we need to press on. Just on Milner, I think Klopp will want him to stick around for his experience and motivation and as a prime example of what young players should be aspiring to.
Liverpool are interested in signing Bayern Munich and the Netherlands midfielder Ryan Gravenberch, 20, to play alongside England and Borussia Dortmund's Jude Bellingham, 19. (Express)
All very nice but where do people think the money is coming from?? There's an opposite view which is as depressing as that is optimistic. Soyuncu, telemans, kante all on frees.
Well, I said it was bloody depressing. Where did I say it was happening any more than the Bellingham etc stuff? I'd vomit at the though of that Leicester ****e playing for us
we will have money, I’m sure of it. We won’t have that much mind! As importantly, we will have space in the squad after a lot of dead wood departs. Three midfielders required. Proper ones, not kids or has beans….We need Gerrard to get a job so he buys Gomez and funds a replacement,
I don't think Gomez is going,Matip will be but we need to spend elsewhere rather than replacing two CB's
keita 100% ox 100% Adrian 100% those are contacts up. Phillips 100% contract not up but he must just **** off at this point. firmino 50/50 talks of extensions. milner 95% I have a nagging doubt about us giving yer another extension matip 90% all the rumours are around letting him.move on but who would buy him? thiago 50/50. the question is who the **** would take him? kelleher 80% talks of him wanting to go and he will fund a part of transfers. that's obviously a massive.amount of churn. my view of this is a) hg keeper likely. gulasci is an option for cheap back up. Davies to be promoted. b) cb is an absolute must. not so sure we will. Williams will be seen as hg, club trained option we need 4 of those. c) 3 cms are needed. I doubt we will get that.much much depends on what European football we get, if any. if we have none then I can see us spreading spend out over 2 summers cos we are that ****.
I can see that being our plan, but I think Tielemans is more likely to go to Arsenal. Possibly a defender of some sort as well? Gvardiol's been mentioned but probably wouldn't be cheap and there'd be competition.
