****ing £8.69 for my Mrs’s glass of rose wine and I’m Only as far south as Fosse Land <laugh>

Should have texted ahead ... could have set you up ... was actually in Leicester this evening ... had a pint in my former local The Cricketers on Grace Rd ... your rose would have cost you half that in there <laugh>

Leeds v Southampton today.

Massive game for us and our new coach with the 3 points desperately needed.

Just trying to decide whether to take a taxi or drive ?

Gut feeling is there won't be much to celebrate (draw) so maybe drive.

got you down for a win

Southampton can’t score unless of course you concede a direct FK

Here we go, another club and another manager getting abuse, we've all seen it in some form at our clubs, mine being no different, not acceptable...

I find it disgusting... the bloke is doing his best and he sets his teams up to win games ... the problem is that his expensively assembled squad has many underperforming individuals; neither do they have a cohesive 'team' ... if he's given enough time he has every chance of finding a winning formula (with the quality in that squad) because he is a very good coach and knows his footie ... but trolls are generally complete twats who can't see past their noses ...

Bruce got that.

But he doesn't actually have an email, so instead, his son sat down and read out all the twitter hate to his dad.

Atleast, that's Bruce's version of events.

Bruce tends to say he's hated before he even gets hired to ensure he has a pre packaged excuse

I think I read somewhere that Chelsea's squad is too big, that he would not be use to managing a team that size, because of their egos to deal with. Just wish these managers could see it before they went there.

Obviously we don't actually know if it was Chelsea fans that were sending the abusive emails, because they are anonymous, so I wouldn't put it pass a few looneys to send him shhite.

I was reading yesterday about a Medway school that has had a problem with racial abuse at the school for something like the last three years, and even a special classroom was set up as a safe space. I'm like fooking hell, we are going backwards as a society.

I thought racial abuse within the younger generation was a thing of the past, I didn't realise it was still alive and kicking. I just despair at the stories. Sorry gone off topic slightly, but it's all abuse of one form or another.

It's ok mate, I'm surely Bruce will be happily cheering on Man Utd tomorrow :cheesy:
