Even extra time would have helped us, tire them out a bit.

I don't buy into all they ****e about tired players...it's just an excuse managers have been using.

Mental fatigue maybe but not physical .

Just got to see newcastle don't piss fart around maybe they can win the battle physically, but I bet they just roll around if that happens.

Fatigue affects average/poor players which is why they don’t get bought by the best clubs. They will be fresh for the final and in a way I’m glad they won because there’s no room at all for complacency.

The thought of Burn against Antony is horrifying. Antony isn’t great but Burn has been dreadful for a while. I see a lot of similarities between Howe and Ten Haag but think the latter is a lot further ahead in his experience. I think/hope it will be tight on Sunday. Man U are a second half team.

Rashford sometimes will be up against Burn...I think you're somewhat harsh on Burn ..he's been targeted by every club all season and in most cases he's come out on top.

The thing is it's a big pitch so I'm actually wondering about whether that'll be an issue for Burn, however let's not forget if max is on it they'll have issues with him.

We've got players that that cause any team problems and I think they've had their eye on this game the past month.. Wilson for example knows he won't see many finals.

Noticeable that Burn's run of poor form has coincided with Joelinton moving from left side into midfield three whilst Bruno has been missing.

If Willock is available for Sun, does Howe move Joelinton back to front three to give more cover (conservative option) or go more attacking and stick with ASM ?

I’d get rid of ASM. His productivity isn’t as high as Willocks. More exciting? Yes.

Yes i particularly enjoyed the fact one of the makems dived for a penalty 15 seconds before Coventry scored and then reading the makems board complaining about it being unfair.

The mental gymnastics on there are absolutely great atm

He handled the ball, then turned, dived and cried when the ref rightly waved play on. The Coventry goal was a rewarding end to that passage of play.

Sunderland players play with the same delusional attitude that their fans have. Sunderland fans think thryre a good team for reasons I don't understand.

Sunderland football club has a pontins feel about it.

Their fans singing "You're not fit to referee". Maybe tell your players to stop falling like fairies then. Both times Coventry actually fouled them, the ref gave free kicks and bookee Coventry players. Most of the rest was diving.

The only way isak can get in the team would be a formation change and howe doesn't seem to like change.

Wilson is a far superior striker .. I don't know what isak is but he isn't a striker.

The ref should've given them the penalty and blown his whistle for a great tackle I suppose.

Wah wah he tackled too hard
