They were obviously trying to update your account with the ticket you were assigned in the ballot but couldn’t get on as you both kept trying to log into your account. They have then decided to assign ticket to next person on the list so now you can access your account again.

It's tooooooooooo much, I'm period 6 ballot 3 - all these ****ers getting confirmations is killing me!

I have done the square root of **** all today bar refresh my emails! If my boss asks me to do anything else I'm going to quit and refuse to leave the office until I get an email from nufc!
