Its the way Cup Final tickets have always been assigned so it seems a bit petty to moan about it now that we are in a final. It does seem mad though that about 30% of available seats are assigned to regional FA's, as these will most likely be the largest source of touted tickets. It would make sense to phase these out.

This on BBC website today suggest all clubs have got a problem with touted tickets:
https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/64497260

Its a fallacy though that mobile tickets make it harder to tout them. They brought the system at Man Utd last year and we found it actually easier to pass them on to other people, as we didn't need to worry about getting season cards back after every match anymore.

We just had real two names and addresses of supporters on our ticket profile, but with my wife's email address. The tickets for the game in question would be reassigned to them and then emailed to her and she could then pass it on to whoever was using it, either digitally or to print out.

We never used to charge for them but anyone who wanted to could easily do that. As there were never identity checks on entry there were never any issues.

Funniest ticket touting issuing I had was actually on flights when I first went to Indonesia. Managing Director of the Company I was working for had a partner who owned a travel agent Two of us were due on a business trip to Japan and Director told us he would sort out the tickets and we could go business class. When tickets arrived mine indicated that I was a family member of a Garuda employee and my colleague's actually said he was a pilot. Someone at the airline was obviously selling their free tickets to the travel agent for a cut of any income they got.

I pointed out to the other guy that he was in deep **** if the pilot took ill and he spent the rest of the flight worrying that there would be an announcement asking if there was a pilot on board.

Striker?

Just checked on website to see if there were any hospitality tickets for Liverpool game left (none) and noticed they were selling hospitality tickets for Brighton game on 25th February but says they are all sold out when you click on the categories. Going to be some very disappointed people when they finish their meal and realise there is no game on.
