With all due respect this is a bloody nightmare. We are the laughing stock of the premier league. What the owners are thinking, god only knows. Get rid of Jones NOW. Time to find a manager who can sell a philosophy to this group of players and play the best ones available. 16 games left. 48 points to play for, we probably need at least 24 points which is 8 wins (50%) ratio (highly unlikely), and 1.5 points per game. We are in all probability being relegated this year. Go and get the new manager with the plan that relegation won’t mean he loses his job (unless Ankerson picks another Jones’es type). Get a good manager in then more of the players may give him one season in the championship, then we come back stronger.
