Buzzing with that result. That was a poor game and it needed Reading to gift us a goal.

I thought Mowbray needed to be more proactive, tbh. He always seems to wait until at least an hour gone before he makes changes. I dont drink alcohol but I'm going for a shandy after that. We do not give up!

Haway the lads.

Early days but Gelhardt has a lot of convincing to do

Amad did **** all for 2 months. Players need time to settle in to their environment and to get on the same wave length as their teammates. On a couple of occasions today, I saw Gelhardt making intelligent runs off the last man, but we were too busy playing tappy football in the middle rather than look for the ball over the top. Once they get used to what type of runs he makes, they'll find him more often and vice versa.

now that was a hard earned 3 points, first half i think the lads were mainly just too knackered...once the changes were made they added just that bit more energy but i was getting to the point of thinking this was not going to go our way.

it has been said many times that this team just do not give up and it keeps getting proved week after week, thank feck we dont play reading any more this season, certainly looked like a team playing hard not to lose than make any real attempt at scoring even though we helped them in the first half.

hume, just gets better, he can use his weight well for a young lad as well, great defending and link up play...our defence actually looks good until a corner/free kick comes in, we need to learn to get the ball clear.

onien comes on and flattens the gypo, highlight of the match.

going for roberts as my MotM, he kept playing when so much had not worked and kept plugging away and for a change the ball landed our way and he buried it.

as i said earlier, that was a hell of a game with fulham and it will have taken a lot out of the lads so credit to them for standing up and wanting to play (although i dont think there were many options to replace) so i am not going to sit here and slag any of them off, in fact, a big well done to each of them.
