Tough game to watch today and what happened was totally pedictable as it's been happening all season.

We're just all fur coat and no knickers at the moment.

The 'buck' though stops with one man and not the players, they're simply following the coach's instructuons and tactics as laid out to them in training the week before the match.

Also not fair in my opinion to blame Struijk for the goal conceded as Johnson was left all alone at the edge of our box Most teams would see this area as a priority when defending set piece, it's the central area, on the edge of your own box, between the width of our goals for fecks sake.

We didn't create nearly enough chances second half, in fact I can't remember any to be honest. In part to me that's down to having so many of our players in the same area of the pitch which just kills the space, even prime Lionel Messi would have struggled to look good with so many bodies around him.

Make of it what you will but I'm still backing the manager, however he desperately needs to have a rethink as all I'm seeing is deja vu every week.

It just isn't ****ing good enough!

Context - Everton dead and buried a few weeks ago, sacked manager, didn't buy one player in the Jan window managed to beat the premier league leaders and by all accounts deserved to do so.

Leicester - slip sliding away but inspired by their new signing hammer Villa at Villa.

Wolves - stuff Liverpool 3-0!!

Wet Spam - even they managed to secure a point at Newcastle.

Cue the ****ing **** show that is us. Best January transfer window for a number of years including club record for a striker and yet we have to read the same old boring ****ing headlines:

Leeds rue missed chances - again - before fading
Another dispiriting result leaves Leeds without a Premier League since 5 November.

Two games back to back against Man Ure - I don't ****ing care what happens now. Ted Lasso is ****ed. Don't care who they replace him with. Even a chimp will do....let's face it couldn't do any worse.

The problem I see though mate, is he won't have a rethink, the system is all he knows and believes in. It doesn't work in the PL.

Of the 7 games we've played in 2023.

Struijk gave away a penalty against West Ham when he didn't realise Bowen was on him.

First goal at Cardiff was Struijk not understanding that strikers will try and run in behind you. He also got turned for the 2nd but I'll give him leeway on that one. He was centre half that day btw.

Both Villa goals was him showing a left footed right winger inside allowing him to get shots away. That's him not learning from his mistakes.

He didn't play in the 5-2 win vs Cardiff or the win at Accrington.

Back in the side today and gave the cheap foul away and then failed to clear from the resulting free kick which caused the goal.

So this calendar year he has played in 5 games and been at fault for 5 goals (possibly 6). We've won the two games he hasn't played.

It's not me with my head in the sand bud.

you really need to fk off now, beyond pathetic

Sorry bud. I'm giving you opinions backed up by stats with matches used as examples. And that's on quite a few things recently. You never reply back to me when I do this. You just tell me to **** off and now call me pathetic.

Out on a limb here but going for 0-4 Leeds win today. I have a feeling the squad has clicked and we have enough fire power to score goals. Keep their heads and don’t worry about the pressure cooker and we are too good.

Obviously could be looking a prat by 4pm today and Ristac shouting at me for not believing him <laugh>
Your a Pratt then just like the rest of us

Yep scored Struijk as a 4 today and the rest of the defence at 7 and Firpo also got a 6 for the bit he was on for. Harrison worst midfielder at 5 and Bamford at 5 as worst forward. Maybe time they started marking the managers…
