Bullying at work is surely where someone in a position of power singles out an underling for individual harassment and intimidation. Bercow was a classic bully, and so, it appears was Meghan Markle. They targeted their victims.
Bullying is not being a hard driving boss of lazy or recalcitrant civil servants who treats them all the same, trying to get the best out of them.

Who says the civil servants were lazy ?
I’m guessing it would be the bullying boss or the wants who want to make an excuse for the bullying boss being such a horrible, vile bucket of filth
Was it the hard working Raab who was grafting his arse off on a sun lounger when Afghanistan was going tits up?
Look at the record of civil servants who refused to come back into the office after the pandemic. Compare with the private sector that are at the coal face, and came back much more readily. In Wales, only 1 in 10 govt staff are in the office at any one time, lazy ****s. Ages after the main Covid threat has gone.
There are plenty of hard driving bosses in successful companies in the private sector. Look at people like Steve Jobs who was admired and not loved.
"Bullying" should be reserved for those who single victims out.
He should have come back, agreed, but Raab doesn't have a reputation as a shirker.
When is all this s**t going to
I know, he has a reputation as a bullyHe should have come back, agreed, but Raab doesn't have a reputation as a shirker.
As Staines said, as soon as these corrupt, incompetent ****s are gone
Can you show me the record of civil servants who refused to come back to the office after the pandemic ? And how that compared to other industries ? And if they “refused” to return to work then what was done about it and if nothing then why not ?
I worked under a few bullying, vile, disgusting bosses at my old company…..people who lied, cheated, and bullied others on a daily basis.
My wife had a miscarriage due to such bullying…..and the boss involved was still looked at by the company as being somebody who was held in great esteem and seen as “hard driven”
Obviously I take it personally
