Thought you would have went to a bag of nerves after the goal. Thought I could heighten it. Obviously not.
20 years ago yeah. Now I just expect the worst and am pleasantly surprised when that doesn't happen. I'm currently of the thinking that if Southampton come back to make the final then they probably just save us getting beaten by Man Utd anyway. It would only really hurt if they then beat Man Utd as that's when the "that should have been us" would kick in.
There's more chance of Nunez and Gakpo scoring 2 more goals this season than there is of Southampton scoring 2 more tonight.
My stream isn't as good as yours, when i see your comment then I immediately wonder why you typed it. I may log off here for a bit for my own sanity. Not stressed though. Total apathy here. All is well. Totally.
Yeah, I used to be like that. Now, I go into every game expecting to win. The rest of my life us going to be painful.
See the jokes on you now. I thought that was real for a moment and now I know it isn't it's like my team just scored. https://tenor.com/bcp7O.gif Note: I wanted to put in a gif referring to myself as smart but didn't know how. Try not to read too much into that.
Willock worked very well for our second goal and showed some excellent touches. He's covering a lot of ground and is the kind of player I suspect most managers would love to work with as he's happy to do the gritty and unglamorous tasks. He made a howler for their goal but that's not to detract from what was also a great finish. Overall I think he's been good. Wilson looks shot. Needs a couple of weeks off as he's out of form and a shell of the player we had pre-WC. Isak is currently doing far more in 20 mins than Wilson is doing in 70.
Im nervous so any slight error will result in me hating them for bout 45 more mins. Wilson is played cos he's got a bit of muscle about him and causes issues. But his passing, vision, positioning, shooting, have been absolutely dog tier.
Based on the past two months I'd honestly say Wood was the better player. Obviously that's trash long term as Wilson is a very good player but on current form he's showing none of it. He'll be back at some point but given we have Isak not getting starts it does seem odd that Wilson is seemingly undroppable. Feel like he'd benefit from the pressure being taken off him.
**** off Pat Nevin you ****ing ****. This could also be a great tie if we score 17 goals in the next half. I, for one, would love it.
