Brandes the Zimbabwe guy. Sarwan said something similar to McGrath but at the time McGrath's wife was battling cancer. That didn't go down well.
Either way I'd say it's pretty clear that cricketers banter just seems to be far superior to the stuff you get from footballers - though in fairness it probably helps that most of them speak English and as it's a smaller pool of players they know each other better.

Yeah i recall the Sarwan one. I get that it was a misjudged comment as it was a well known thing with McGraths wife but if you're going to go around verbally abusing people (and he was a bit of a prick about it a lot of the time was McGrath) then you've got to expect comebacks.
