Tactic for Everton and West Ham must be to bid for every player we do… then they can pull out too late for us to sign and leave us knackered! Too late in the window for anything now unless a complete surprise; resigned to us valiantly failing to sign anyone despite trying really hard. With the World Cup break etc we should have had deals lined up right at the start of the window; always been bad at tying things up this late
