Yeah and overall I agree, they're deadwood and need removing. Just saying I think it's a long term project. I don't think next year is our year no matter what we do. I think top four is a decent goal if we replace some of the dead wood with good.

We need 3 HG players. I just can't believe the lack of ambition at this club. Failing to strengthen from a position of power for several windows, and even when we're desperate, there is a lack of desire to solve these issues. When we had our biggest CB crisis in 20/21, we went from 1st to barely scraping top 4 because we skimped on buying a quality CB to see us through. You would have thought the club would have learnt our lesson but no - we needed a midfielder in summer and in the end, we got Arthur on loan. Fair enough, maybe we finally learnt our lesson since and prioritise a couple of signings for first January ... oh but no. We're just going to wait for Jude in summer, spend all of our budget on one player who most likely won't even come now. It's pathetic.
