Someone’s put on Twitter that Lihadji is here for a medical now. No idea how true just thought I’d pass it on for those on socials!
Dajaku out and Gelhardt in to take his place in the squad sounds like a great bit of business. Well done the recruitment team .
Time will tell about that one mate, i was disappointed to see Matete leave, even more so now Evan's is out.
I have no idea what your on about there mate?? Theres nothing else to say about Dajaku now, I've said my opinion and I'm now focused on talking about his replacement which sounds like a big upgrade.
Its us or nobody then, so that should really help us from a negotiating standpoint if we are so inclined...
Me too marra - I thought Diallo was a headless chicken after his first two or three games. Class now like.
I am more concerned about Evans being out for the rest of the season ( our luck with key players, continues). Dan is getting better, but I have concerns about Michut being up for it physically.
Michut will be the same. Once the gametime comes and he gets some confidence. Him and Xavi Simons were head and shoulders above the rest of PSG’s youth last few years. Both left to chase first team football, Simons is getting it at PSV admittedly in a league that’s not the best but he’s been on fire in the Europa league too. Just needs a chance to figure out our system and get himself in there. He’s an 8 or a 10, he doesn’t need to be huge.
Quite a mixed bag of comments concerning Dajaku , bottom line as far as I’m concerned is that the bar has been raised and to get in to the side you have to be a lot better and producing on a regular basis . The same is true of Matete who has a similar mixed bag of comments and has also gone out on loan , as the club progresses it will put a lot of players under pressure and ultimately it will be the Manager who decides who goes in to the team . Going out on loan can help in some cases with a change of environment bringing about improvement or in some cases putting them in the shop window for possible moves . Wish both of them the best of luck and would be delighted to see them return better players .
