You guys know I am seldom wrong about anything but I'm on here to admit I got The last of us wrong. After watching episode 2 I have to say my 7 rating just wasn't good enough. So it's now an 8. The CGi in this programme is so so good. Top notch stuff
If these walls could sing. Story of Abbey Road studios directed by a McCartney. Decent enough. 6/10 Count me in. Drummers galore talk about...well...drummers. Very enjoyable. 7/10 Travellin' band. Credence Clearwater Revival at the Albert Hall. Documentary narrated by Jeff Bridges that tells how CCR got to where they were when they played their first European tour in 1970. Never been released footage of their Albert Hall concert catches a band at the height of their powers. Excellent content. 9/10
I'm a bit of a CCR fan but didn't really like that. They could have remastered the footage for a start.
Everything everywhere all blah, blah, blah. Still being spoken about for Oscars. Visual effects maybe but best pic and actress being banded about, it's ****ing ****.
Its probably one of the few original ideas out there i guess......so gold star for trying I say....even though it was ****
It's been a good year for films that are a little different, The Menu, Fresh, Vesper, The Nic Cage film and that's off the top of my head so it doesn't even stand out there.
I'm good ta dude I've been watching the real thing since 9/11 A mate i got who's like yourselves watches everything and anything but he's been silent with his prompts of you gotta watch this over the last year or so. Ta for the prompt though dude
My top 10 for 2022. You'll like every one... except The Wonder and Elvis which may not be your thing Banshees of Inisherin The Swimmers Athena Elvis The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent The Wonder Thirteen Lives Top Gun: Maverick The Batman reboot The Menu
Seen top gun. .. wish I hadn't tbh....same old crap with a weird mother fkr as lead actor...waa pretty repulsive Batman could be a good shout though
Batman is v good. If I had to take a guess I think you'd like the top 2 there and I think you'll love The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent with Nic Cage. I just realised I lopped off The Menu so only posted 9 in my Top 10! Echo what others have said, it's very good.
