We need a back up striker.. Undav isn’t going anywhere to sit on the bench. Geldhart is playing premier league football occasionally at the minute so he’d be good to have in the squad and offers something different but he’s not an all out goalscorer. If we get him and Simms that’ll do just fine.

Paul Kendrick (the main Wigan journo) is still reporting that Wigan want Gelhardt and Gelhardt wants Wigan but Leeds haven't signed it off for him to go yet. He's adamant he's not coming here.
To be clear Paul Kendrick is a well respected journo, and I can't see why he'd be being so adamant about this if it wasn't right.
What they are probably ignoring in the "sign it off" line is that Leeds will want a portion of his wages paid. Wigan are completely ****ed so it's highly likely there will be no sign off If the lad doesn't want to come here then **** him
