Up (still early here in Florida, waiting for my partner to wake up so we can do our Wordscapes daily puzzle, then Wordle, then Quordle together - we work well as a team, then we get up, have a smoothie and off by 7:30am to a 25 yard pool here for 30 mins lap swim before breakfast, then 1 hour chair yoga at 10:00am, so retirement ain't too bad)
