After a quick look on Amazon I found this game at just £11.97 used and after playing some of the older one's I thought why not.

It will be coming tomorrow and i'll be playing as Leicester.

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me of any good players for the Championship.

You should walk the championship with your lot. You get a starting budget of 10 million. You can sign anyone you want. I played Bothroyd and Mphela upfront who got 25+ goals each. I signed Tom Cairney who is ridiculously good on it. Adam Hammil. signed Oxo cube for the middle also.

I was a student once, but then I grew up.......<laugh>

Yann with a Y or Jan with a J, makes no difference - he was still a pillock with that penalty attempt. <ok>

Being a student meaning I have more time available.

What are you trying to prove? That your older than me? I remember that being the eldest at school was the best thing that could ever happen to you. When I was about 9.

Also what does Yann Kermorgant's penalty have to do with Football Manager?
 
Not trying to prove anything pal - you just did it for me yourself.

Was your sense of humour bypass operation painfull?

Ah a fellow student <cheers>

I'm off to get that game hopefully tomorrow. What's it like? I liked the old ones but I wasn't really a fan of the '10.
 
Its not came!

I used to have the 2007 one and the ones before it but then just didn't like it (probably because Leicester had a terrible team and poor owners)

Hopefully this one is much mich better though! A friend said Leicester can have up to 8m to spend which is brilliant.


Its definately going to be worth it for 11 quid.

If you know the score, you can download a tool called PowerISO and get FM11 for free. Not done it myself but if there's any other cash-strapped students thinking about getting it, that's the cheap solution. Myself, I can never usually settle on one season of FM; I usually end up playing about 10 games with one club and then being **** and getting bored of it. Says wonders about my footballing brain, I know. From my experience, the best players at Championship level can usually be found not with the main player search filter, but just by manually searching European teams of near-Championship level - e.g. the top sides in places like Poland, Romania and Belarus. That way, the players aren't too expensive either. Once you get the FM bug though, you'll be playing for hours on end! Good luck and happy addiction!

We were ****e today and if we play anywhere near that against your lot whe will get smashed.

Having said that if Weale come's back in goal you will do very very well to score.
