Let us Newcastle Mods know if they are not behaving. Just bear in mind they haven’t been out for a while so may have some acclimatisation problems.
FA Cup, well done. I did say you were awesome. * sorry, you meant the Fairs Cup right. My massive mistake.
It's possible newcastle next win a cup before man united mind, so you could be setting yourself up for complete annihilation mate . Only another 6 weeks potentially for opposition fans to enjoy that banter...fill your boots I would because we're going to return fire like you've never seen it before gentleman.
I am aware of that. I'd back us to beat you in the final every day, should be we get there. Let's see.
I'd make you guys 70-30 favourites IF we both get there. Our main hope is that you've got European games either side of it (Barcelona I think). I think Southampton are on an upsurge though and aren't going down, our first leg down there is going to be a tight game. I've not got the confidence of some of our fanbase. You guys should smash Forest though, that was the team we all wanted!
Our main hope is that we've only lost once all season(touch wood) and have performed aswell as Man united so far. Those odds are based on them being man united and us being Newcastle united It's the inferiority complex however I see no reason why Newcastle can't win that game IF they can get that far of course.
Paddington Brewdog mate. I'm avoiding Shepherds Bush! Although might yet dip in if we've time before kick off.
I'm hoping for a draw I'm the pool Chelsea game , but a Chelsea win over pool winning would be better for the toon
In a one off final though, you need to try to actually win the game, rather than try to not lose. All this pissing around time wasting doesn't suit a Wembley final either. You'd have the onus on you to change your MO, and it would suit us completely to go at it. Believe it or not, we do have some squad members with memories of winning stuff as well.
Meanwhile I'm heading to Fratton where we've appointed a 36 year old centre back from Oxford Utd as our manager
