May I mention that I keep looking at the signings day by day and notice Spurs never seem to be involved while everyone else is strengthening their squads.Can't we buy or unload? Must be one or two hungry players in the Football League that would "die" for his team. Ours just want to go home and watch telly!

I am no fan of Vardys, but I will give him credit at The Gills 3rd round FA Cup tie he was serenaded with numerous renditions of 'your Wife Is a Grass. Jamie Vardy your wife is a grass' (to the tune of He's one of our own) but when he was substituted to another chorus, he stopped on the half way and bowed to the Rainham End to rapturous applause.
Turned over to watch Coventry v Norwich - 5 goals in the first 26 minutes. Far more entertaining than that other borefest

I said on the transfer thread I’d happily see the club drop £50m-£60m on him. He’s superb, so enjoyable to watch. Think they paid just £2.5m… phenomenal bit of work.
