Over for my first match since covid after one aborted attempt so can't wait! Bringing a few mates with me...Was warning them that the atmoshere could be toxic a week ago but the three wins on the spin should mean atmoshere should be more positive...I have a serious run with matches at St Mary's (unbeaten in last 8 visits) so hopefully the run continues!

We win, you’re not going home. It’s the rules

Like Tom no longer to purchase tickets for games, but he’s broken that already

I love these score predictions. We’re not exactly Mr consistent & for me it’s hard enough to call the result let alone the scores or the scorers as in some cases.

My prediction: There will be an outbreak of football on Saturday afternoon, Saints fans will experience highs, lows, periods of disinterest, frustration and hope, and the result will go one of three ways. Probably.

Sutton on BBC has noticed that 'Southampton look like they have turned a corner', but can't bring himself to suggest that we might actually win. Consequently, he's predicted a 1-1 draw, as has his oppo. Is this a) good, b) bad or c) irrelevant?
Anyway, I'm looking forwards to a spirited Saints performance, with at least some goals, probably in the correct net. As blessed Nigel would say "Don't get too high when you win".
Alternatively, we'll wipe the floor with them, and win 4-0, with goals from JWP, Adams, Armstrong and Salisu. And I haven't even started drinking, yet.
