Huge credit to Jones for pushing JWP further forward it has to be said. He's so much better when he pushes forwards.
They’ve missed the boat on that most likely. Chelsea have signed Datro Fofana and are apparently in for Madueke and Thuram. And Nkunu is confirmed for the summer too. Attacking spaces disappearing Not to mention them trying to hijack arsenals move for the shakhtar winger. And Trossard seems to be off somewhere (spurs apparently) Indeed typing that all out seems crazy especially as they don’t really play with wingers. I guess that means pretty much all their attackers apart from Mount will be on the way out in the near future
Crazy to think that, despite our pretty awful season to date, we'd be 13th right now if we'd beaten Forest. Good luck trying to predict who is getting relegated this season.
Only slight negative with today was how bad Alcaraz looked. Not rushing to any judgements on the guy as it was his first game in a new country and not exactly ideal game to come into, but does look like he’s going to need some time and maybe isn’t the guy to come in immediately and have an impact
He did some good defensive work though. Bigger worry for me is Bazunu. huge credit to JWP and I thought Armstrong did really well off the bench. NJ got his subs spot on too, so much more a fan of his tactical approach than Ralph’s in this regard
Everton, West Ham and, probably, Leicester would be my "dream". (Tough call between Leicester and Leeds.)
Wouldn't be too fussed who the third team was (assuming it's not us) if Everton and West Ham went. That would be hilarious!
Tbf I only care about Everton and Leeds out of the possibles. Actually probably Forest if I had to pick another
