Mackems at home in about 2000 was an amazing atmosphere even though we lost, there was literally a buzz noise going around the ground it was that loud, that was in the East stand aswell.
 
You could argue by then their priorities may lie in the league. Would they risk players for two legs?
I'd say they'll put out a strong team for the first leg and see how that goes,rest players for the FA cup and the first leg's result will influence the team for the 2nd leg. It's not a forgone conclusion anyway,they just beat Man City so I'd be cautious and I'll take a draw down there now if offered!

Newcastle are more than capable of losing to Southampton and forest

Sheffield Weds and Cambridge come to mind!

Meh if hadn't put out a second team against Sheff Wed, the team would have been knackered and we wouldn't have been so up for it Vs Leicester. 100% worth throwing that game.

Cambridge was different, team still a mess and only just coming at that point.

If you want more embarrassing to for Stevenage. Pardew admitted after the game that the team was tired and couldn't perform properly, which says a lot about him as a manager.
