I felt you deserved the 3pts

I suppose Critchley bought on Amos as we were beginning to get over run in the middle of the park...... likewise with Uncs as Berger had moved over to the left to take on Ozzie who was struggling with a knock, so Uncs could double up with him.......... I just felt we needed an outlet last 10 minutes and the raw pace of Armstrong would have been useful as we dropped deeper and deeper and they played higher up the pitch......
But when you look at their side and bench and compare it to us, they were always going to finish stronger, it's just that so late for them to score is a bit hard to take.......
The main question is where was that performance against Luton?
Who did Critchley say f**k off to at end of the game whilst going on the pitch to clap the fans? The ref?
Must admit I wondered who that was aimed at........
Very much like Luton going forward in that we didn't make all that many clear cut chances again for all our lovely play. Better though.
I'd have liked to have seen Critcley replace the tiring Willock with Richards and tried to keep them on the defensive longer that 2nd half. Armstrong for Roberts later on as well for me. Was it a weak Dunne header out at the death that gave them their equaliser as the commentator said? Didn't want to watch that sickener again.
To the linesman, as he thought that they'd been a pull on Paal as he tries to head away the original clearence. I've seen it a few times, and there's really not much in it. He did give his arm a slight tug, but not enough in my eyes to give a foul. He should've really done better with the header as indeed Dunne should right at the death !Who did Critchley say f**k off to at end of the game whilst going on the pitch to clap the fans? The ref?
In my eyes he offers **** all mate. He's in the side because he's meant to score and assist goals ! Well , we know how that's going. Replace him with someone who could do either with reactive frequency and we'd win alot more games. I'd seriously like to see Dykes and Armstrong up top together with Chair and Willock either side like we did when we won our last 2 games in a few days under the traitor !

Roberts played well I thought, as part of a fluid 3 behind Dykes. This also meant that we could get players closer to Dykes and his game was transformed.
The only way to put Chair and Willock behind 2 strikers would be in a 3-5-2, but that would mean leaving out Tim, leaving the midfield very open.
4-4-2 is the other way, but that would offer little width apart from the full backs and would stick Chair and Willock on each flank.
At least Critchley didn't repeat the disastrous set up we had against Luton.
Sadly it was Os, but i thought their player came back from an offside position to gather the ball from Dunne's header, think he actually went off the pitch.......
I guess you would call last nights successful line up a 4-2-3-1 and that was great while we had the energy to chase. However, when they are running on empty you have to make changes. Defensively Chair, Willock and Roberts are pretty ineffective. In hindsight Richards for Roberts would have been much better than Adomah. Albert could have then replaced Kakay.
Interesting if we continue 4-2-3-1 is where does Johanssen fit. You are almost left with a choice of dropping Field or Iroegbunam.
… and goals (one more than the opposition is fine by mea superb performance from the boys, Lyndon had a great game. Passion and commitment, that's all
we ask for
