The lads gave all tonight and if offered a point at 8pm we’d have all taken it, yes it hurts but it’s a sterling performance against the best team in the league

Sickening, but would have taken a point before the game. A performance that restores the faith, though.
As soon as we changed formation our attacking threat just disappeared and Dykes looked lonely again. Said to my lad that they would score cos the ball would keep coming back. We let their whole defence push on 15 yards and tried to defend a 1-0.
Nobody, even not the blades would hav protested if that idiot would have blow his whistle at 95 min 30 seconds…????
Gutting to draw that at the death, it's felt worse though, just so pleased to see a performance, gives me some hope again

****ing absolute sickener, deserved to hold on tonight. Can't fault the commitment or desire shown tonight. Bravo to every player especially Dykes, Kakay and Field who ran their nuts off. If we keep playing with that desire we'll be fine regarding relegation. Another piss poor ref in my opinion. Only irk with me was bringing on Adomah for Roberts. We desperately needed an outlet up top to try and push them back and offer a threat . Should've Brought on Sinclair instead imo, to run at them and win gree kicks and alleviate the pressure. Feel sick that we didn't win but proud of the performance tonight ! U rrrrr's

What a f*cking sickener, had done so well and managed the last half hour really well, sure they had a couple of chances but none of the "how did he miss that sort"....... gutted, great performance and in the 6th added minute that happens......... feels like a defeat........
