Williamson/Incoad/IncorruptibleAddick must have been shagging Belgians.

He's harping on about how good Dushitelet was and that CARD are the bad guys.

It's the Douchbag who's fvcked us by clinging on to the Valley and asking a ridiculous price. We've had serious buyers, but he's either refused to meet them or fvcked them abahrt.
I bet the bugger will still own The Valley in 12 months time.
It's all been about the land, I have continually said this.

Pass it down to the family?

I can see a scenario of a takeover and we get moved to a new ground, then he cracks on.
That may be what he's banking on, but it would mean that the club would have to be bought by someone who could afford to buy a new ground and stadium.
Anyway Douchebag is coining in the rent money why should he worry, let the club owners crack on.

We are not going to be moved to a new ground. This old chestnut keeps on being brought up. For a property developer the site is just too difficult. New access roads will need to be done. Getting it to be passed by the Council will not be easy. The only way we will move from the Valley is if we become a non league Club and the upkeep of the Valley will become prohibitive. The way we are going we could become a non league side before long.

We could be forced to ground-share, an ever more likely and cheap possibility as we descend towards non-league size.
How many fans will still come? Already some are saying we're down to around 5,000.
In League 2 or the Conference it will dwindle to maybe half that.

The Valley is already far too big and too expensive to run.
Surely next season the upper tiers will be closed at the very least.
We won't even sell 3,000 season tickets the way things are going.

Season ticket sales even in the darkest times under the Belgian did not fall below 6k, however, should we go down who knows.
I do see that the West Upper could close, that would make financial sense.

I am touched by pm's coming through that Kojak is wanting me back on his board.
I am not one to hold a grudge.

Now it's under new management I would not expect you to be banned again.

TS making such a pig's ear of things is (ironically) uniting Charlton fans once more - against him.
There's nothing like having a common enemy...
