He doesn't have the X Factor at all, was my point. He doesn't dribble, doesn't go past players anymore, never knits passes together, and doesn't create anything for anyone else. Easily dispossessed at times as well.
Is very much the big fish in a small pond type player for me. Build the team round him and he is brilliant but if not everything goes through him he is pretty anonymous

Yeh he seems very much at the moment to be subdued in a better side. I don't think it helps being on the bench and not being a regular starter. If he's not careful he'll end up a reject at Chelsea.
