Cheers, the diet the surgery nurse put me on is available to buy online but is very expensive, I was given it as means of reversing my type two diabetes and it’s worked a treat, my blood glucose down from 8.3 too 5.1. And my waist down from 48 inches to 39 and still decreasing, just watching calorie count and walking a lot average 6000 steps per dayI’ll be coming at you in a few months for some tips…..can’t be arsed with dieting or running right now, as I know I’ll be out for a while after my op.
So already looking like a human/Orangutan cross, with a pot belly and a 34 c chest…….I’ll keep on blaming the hormones
