How did you go from an xxxl to an l in 3 months
Asking for a friend
NHS diet Guinea pig to be honest, 12 weeks on four 250 ml soups and shakes a day no solids, total diet replacement, (800 calories per day) monitored online with weekly video chats with a trained dietician, then re introduced onto solids over a 4 week period again monitored ,with a total of 1300 calories a day only from the average adult requirement of 2000, very hard at start but results are worth it !

I’ll be coming at you in a few months for some tips…..can’t be arsed with dieting or running right now, as I know I’ll be out for a while after my op.
So already looking like a human/Orangutan cross, with a pot belly and a 34 c chest…….I’ll keep on blaming the hormones ;)
Well done mate

Cheers, the diet the surgery nurse put me on is available to buy online but is very expensive, I was given it as means of reversing my type two diabetes and it’s worked a treat, my blood glucose down from 8.3 too 5.1. And my waist down from 48 inches to 39 and still decreasing, just watching calorie count and walking a lot average 6000 steps per day :emoticon-0103-cool: :1980_boogie_down:
