I do watch Spain, completely different IMO...yes build from the back, but they do it in a comfortable way, not tap tap for the sake of and they are comfortable with opposition players around them, plus they have plenty of movement for that quick outbreak.....we don't... It tends to be a dozen passes sideways, backwards and going nowhere, very slow...boring the opposition, while we decide what to do with it..You dont watch Spain! Numerous teams built from the back. England dont hit many long balls except Pickford who plays to the wide players.
The squad has the capacity to be more attacking in the second and last thirds, its had that capacity for a significant period. Another Manager can elevate Englands football futher to winners.
Playing out from the back...IMO England have not perfected it, the same way as many of the decent footballing nations...IMO that's down to the manager/coaches
