Rashford so close, and that's it, would have liked Rashford to come on a minute earlier and taken that penalty. Was perhaps too much responsibilty for Harry Kane to carry on his shoulders, too close to Lloris at club level.

 

Wouldn't go that far.....

Although France now favourites to win the thing...

 

I feel a bit sad for Kane. How do you reckon he's feeling right now?

I thought France were more incisive than us most of the night.

 

Harsh fact is that it’s the first decent team we’ve faced in the competition. We were awful for much of the first half. A shame, the country needed a lift.
