Oh dear god.
The original movie was cheap, fun and easy to show on TV cos it cost nothing to put on so we all saw madmartigan and all that stuff.
Disney series. Episode 1.
A dash of lesbian, a pinch of fop, throw in a fight scene in the dark and away we go.

Finished second series of ' Only murders in the building '.Love this, mightn't be everyone's cup of tea but thought it was excellent,Steve Martin ( not a big fan) and Martin Short's ham acting is done perfectly.

Thought both series were good, quirky but different from the normal pap that is on TV
Just watched The Raven, Edgar Allan Poe based. Not on the book but on his life, very loosely as he is investigating a serial killer 7/10
Thought it was OK too. As you said "easy watching". Entertaining.
Speaking of easy watching,started watching "sprung" on Amazon freevee. Annoyingly that channel has adverts.
Sprung is pretty good for a sitcom. Same creator as My Name is Earl, Raising Hope, and the Guestbook. Only seen first episode but looks promising. About prisoners released early from prison because of COVID and starting a crime group together.

Started watching Sprung, enjoying it. Roosters mum has some of the best lines.
Just finished watching it, thought it was very good too, and Jenna was superb. I'll give it a 8.4

It's ten times worse.
I have fortunately not seen that one.
Rarely sit long enough for movies, TV is usually just to watch a show before sleeping for me and the Mrs. Most of the time it's just watching old shows, kids like us to recommend films from when we were kids.
