The penalties in this tournament have been absolutely shocking. Stats say hard and high you score, low and placed it’s 50:50. Especially when the pressures on. Run up, pick a corner, top left right, or centre if the keeper always moves and put your foot through it.

it’s absolutely fcking ridiculous - Japan’s and Spain’s penalties were like catching practice for the keepers.

Random Spain stat;
Since winning the WC in 2010, Spain have participated in the next 3 finals.
But have only won 3 games! Against Australia, Iran and Costa rica.

They don't really have much beef with portugal, morroco however!

Word on the street is that vic has been scouting at the world cup. Seen some young lad called ramos from benfica in the Portugal squad who’se gone under everyone’s radar.. thinking of putting in a cheeky bid… before the big boys with lesser scouting networks spot him.
