Well played Australia fought to the end and gave Argentina a right game. Sick of this love in with Argentina and their continous moaning at the refs.
Way too many passes went astray from Australia. The Argies were a lot more crisp in their passing. We lost possession too often when we were n a good position. Still, the boys didn't disgrace themselves. 2-0 wasn't so bad.

It was 2-1 on my tv and all that separated them was a stupid error by Australian goalie overplaying the ball

we can probably afford him but I’m not sure, in the current energy crisis, whether we can afford the oil required for his guns over the length of his contract

Couldn't we recycle the oil, and use it to run the generator that powers the floodlights, thus savings loads of £££££

Tyson Fury heading out to Qatar to support England at World Cup - if they beat Senegal

Tyson Fury will jet across to Qatar should England beat Senegals for a potential quarter-final against France. The Gypsy king danced around Derek Chisora for ten rounds - before the official mercifully called for a stoppage. And as celebrations get underway for his win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Fury will continue them in the gulf stat as he gets behind England.

Ahead of the bout, Fury had revealed: "I will get back to Morecambe in plenty of time to watch it on Sunday, as long as I am in one piece.

“If England get through then I will be heading out to Qatar, for sure. I wouldn’t be rushing out for a group game because I expected us to get through that s***.

“But if they get to the semis or final, then I will be on my way to Qatar. It would be great to get a winter World Cup win after all these years.” And he added more fuel to the fire in the hours leading up to the bout: "I’ll put it up my top. Who’s going to stop me?

Morning plebs. Bit of news from our winter training camp. Dallas fit enough to take part so that’s one new January signing sorted. Paddy has fecked up his groin again messing around. Looks like he’ll be signing number two in January is we can patch him up
Yes Bamford gone to Germany for an operation and Firpo carrying an injury. Robles and van den huevel only two goalies in spain training camp. Other two goalies have contracted a virus.
