Triumph over adversity type thing, The Kid is decent. You say that's your type of thing then The Rider will be your thing then.
Just watched 8 and 9. Bloody hell. The pacing, the acting, the script. Bloody hell. Serkis is just class.
Came across Generation kill in the series section of my IPTV so gave it a go. Glad I did. Excellent stuff. Brilliant cast, fantastic script. Solid 8.5/10
Behind Her Eyes 8.8/10 Any series that can fck with your head after you've finished watching it, has to be good. This is no exception. One aspect of it is a bit surreal but if you put that minor point to one side, you'll get to the end and then spend the next few hours re-piecing everything you just watched. Highly recommended
Rewatched The Rider and will have to downgrade to 9.2/10 after my initial emotional response. Still superb.

Nettyflex, well worth a watch. It's based on a bestseller. And a limited series so once it's done it's done.
