Llorente will be the unhappiest player in the squad. He's tried to help the manager by switching sides to his unnatural position, gets dropped and then his WC chances suffer because of that.

Over to Gessa to confirm.

He played both sides of defence at sociedad and was pitched as being comfortable both sides. Word was the sociedad fans weren’t sad to see the back of him. He’s technically a good footballer but his decision making and dallying around sucks. He’s also terrible in the air. He might do fine in a different league with a different pace of game, but he’s not suited to the premier league in my view.

Tried to help the manager? Helped him get sacked maybe.

Special mention to Brighton.

Lose their manager Potter but then smash his Chelsea team 4-1 just a few weeks later.

Good job they knew how to identify a replacement and didn't get some tosser in who rips up all they'd built <whistle>

Before today the Brighton manager was under pressure after a terrible start despite inheriting a winning side. What a difference a week makes…

… Probable not to Leeds though as we hide behind the sofa tonight.

Forza… the Italians have a huge attacking injury crisis. Willy is definitely a talent but I watched him for the u21s at boro (just a half of football on a windy day) and he was way off the pace and not able to influence the game- neither could gyabi.

Maybe he was told not to go full pelt and pace himself? Still think he’s worth throwing on when the game looks lost. Klich’s good to bring on to see a game out but he’s no game changer.

Maybe Gnonto is, but if he never gets on the pitch we’ll never know.

to be honest forza l’d like to see him myself and I understand the frustrations - but he wasn’t going easy… just kept falling over and struggled to control the ball. Maybe poor boot choice and a windy day didn’t help.

Good point, I mean our forwards are never injured and unstoppable. Surprised he even made it off the plane

Great win and lots of endeavour, but ffs the way we set up we could have lost 6 or 7 goals tonight. Both full backs left exposed especially down the left leaving Salah A Arnold to do whatever they wanted. We press with 3 or 4 players up against one who then gets a pass away and the next ball is played into wide open space leaving our defenders fkd. We rode our luck tonight and a great 3 points. But we got to be smarter.

The way to keep your job Jesse is to beat Bournemouth and carry on.

Never saw Jimmy in the first half until the last 5 minutes Harrison on the right? Why that’s where Jimmy plays. Really pleased for the kid.

Apparently 6 goal Rodrigo was swapped for Bamford because Rodrigo has an injury and was lucky to start. Bamford was Bamford again and garbage. Mind you a couple of Rodrigo special stray passes could have cost us too.

Meslier awesome
Kristensen good
Koch very good
Cooper goodish
Struijk exposed but some good stuff
Roca very good
Adams very good
Aaronson very good
Rodrigo good
Harrison 5
Summerville great second half
Bamford 3
Gnonto 8 for his cameo role

****ing hell Doc. We could have scored a few more ourselves. We deserved that win. Give a bit of credit. That's a huge turnaround.

The vast majority of those chances came in the last 15-20 minutes. We kept them pretty quiet for 75 mins. Totally bossed the first 25 mins of the second half. In fact it was the cooper fck up that changed the momentum and lifted the crowd. We were out on our feet at the end. But then we ran 10% further a man than them - so it’s not surprising.

Outstanding performance.. and even in their other ‘poor’ home results Liverpool have bossed the game.

Not at all Marcus, fishing is the most boring activity I know of.

Had no clue who he was, thought he was just some random dude off the internet.

When Doc said he worked at the M.E.N, I looked at the site and it lists all their employees. After seeing who were the various football editors and football writers , I got to the social media producer. Whilst maybe not a role I would consider a journalist, in this day and age, maybe it is
Ok, it’s our secret :emoticon-0148-yes:

Hearing the ref association are peed off that Klopp didn’t get a ban like Marsch. They are sick of him abusing the 4th official every game too. Did we get any breaks tonight from the ref because of it?

I think Roca was fortunate not to get a yellow, 5 minutes into the second half but other than that can't think of anything

The ref wasn't too bad to be fair Doc the same **** who gave them four penalties in the last two games against us, so maybe he hates klopp more than he does leeds
