The Birmingham fans said that he was leggy and a liability too. I'm not sure if he wasn't fit enough or we're just playing to his strengths but he's been absolutely fantastic

Not afraid to make the changes
Getting a tune out of them, back to basics, more graft than craft
In time, build on the graft, we can then introduce the craft/flair

Great interview from Daws on umberside….passion, challenge, great communicator, motivating.

Gotta say I am warming to Dawson. He does come across in interviews well. And is getting results also . Credit is due also to Beri Pardo and the other assistant. Could see the three of them were in it together when all three hugged and jumped around as though they were in a mosh pit, showing collective exuberance after one of the goals was scored

Dawson has narrowed the midfield and packed the central areas, allowing space for the full backs. Working a treat so far because we have good technical players that love a passing triangle or two.
