They sit back and punish on the counter Spurs.

Might be a really difficult game for us.

As long as its not a really easy game for them, then we're making progress

This game is a free hit. Maximum loss is the goal difference.

So we can really play positively. They are nothing special.

They are much more boring to watch with Conte in charge as they defend much deeper now and seem to have lost the ability I counter attack quickly. Son is a shade of the player he was last year.

Not sure whether it’s best to play a high press against them as that’s what they seem to want teams to do. However Man Utd did it yesterday and Spurs didn’t create much at all.

Think it will be a draw or we could nick a 1-0.

Ah, our annual twatting at White Heart Lane! Although our recent record has been okay there, if you exempt the 5-1 last season.

Mangled last time, but defensively we're a different proposition to that now, we have a chance, but not a huge one.

Spurs looked ****e last night, we need to get at them and break them up, if we let them play like we let Everton play yesterday, they'll beat us.

@Hung,Drawn and Quartered will be delighted to know that Jarred Gillett will be the ref for this one, with Stuart Atwell on VAR duty.

Assistant referees: Simon Long and Richard West

    Fourth official: David

    Assistant VAR: Matthew Wilkes

    I already knew :emoticon-0109-kiss:
I told Thunder on Wednesday but I've been doing the Chaos reverse psychology by not talking about them
I said that he was the **** that was doing the VAR at Man U and couldn't see a thing
this is his second game involving us same as Pawson yet there are at least 5 other ref's who have not reffed us yet

And they seem to be selected as the officials whenever we play the 'big boys'. :bandit:

Is that the same Dan Burn that has played a major part in the best defence in the league so far this season?

Yes, but he was poor vs Man Utd away and got shredded by Antony.

He's not a ****ing proper LB, and at times we struggle to score and I think having an actual LB who can cross on the left side would help.

Burn has been mostly good but he does get caught out by pacey wingers at times on the left wing.

We're playing a very lethal front 3 at spurs.

To be fair any left back would struggle to stop a pacey opposition left winger. That should be for Tripps to sort out.

No Joelinton for this one. Don’t like Burn at left back but maybe stick with it for this free hit. Rest picks itself though I’d go Anderson over Murphy.

Straightforward defeat just hope the GD doesn’t take a battering.

No problem with Joelinton missing. He has been poor the last month. Would be good to see Anderson get a full game.

Joelinton is an interesting one. Has he kind of reached the limit as a CM? Is it time for a change?

All players go through dips. He isn’t an attacker and definitely not a defender so need to just drop him until he gets his mojo back.
